William Oh

William Oh is a Vice President – Senior Analyst on Moody’s Global Project & Infrastructure Finance team
based out of San Francisco. In his role, William primarily covers a portfolio of US public power credits, as
well as various infrastructure projects and transportation credits. Prior to joining the Global Project &
Infrastructure Finance team, William spent ten years on Moody’s Public Finance Group covering local
government credits in the western US.

Before joining Moody’s, William worked for ten years in various roles with the US Department of
Defense. During that time, he worked on both the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Navy Staff.

William has an AB in History from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Yale School of
Management.
