of Flagstar Bank (“FB”). FPFC provides public finance solutions to obligors that operate
in the Public, Municipal and select Not-For-Profit Sectors across the United States.
FPFC specializes in structuring and underwriting General Obligation Bonds, Revenue
Bonds, Certificates of Participation, Bond Anticipation Notes and tax-exempt lease/loan
financings to support capital projects including infrastructure improvements, facility
construction and renovation, public safety upgrades, technology modernization and
essential use equipment acquisition for a wide variety of entities.
